Bluebonnet HelpAHorse

Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society has made the decision to go virtual for the spring Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge and Adoption Event.

How is this going to work???  We’ve set up a Facebook group at can invite others to join the group too!

Trainers will be posting their videos under the different divisions from May 29-June 12 and judging will start June 13.

Thanks for your patience, understanding, and cooperation.

Donate to Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society’s Help A Horse Fund:

In 2018, we held our first open horse show at the Jim A Dee Ranch in Sanger.  While the show was small, it was a lot of fun and a big success – we raised money to help needy horses and two horses (Fayhan and Sundae) were adopted!

The 2019 event was even better.  15 of our horses were adopted into loving homes and we were able to raise enough money to cover the cost of the event and prize money! The Challenge is an event in which professional trainers and non-pros work with a Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society horse for four months and then compete against each other for prize money.  The horses get training and then go up for adoption at the event!

We hope you’ll join us for this amazing event – the proceeds will support the horses of Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society!

2020  Judges
